President John Dramani Mahama has called for a united front in driving Ghana’s economic recovery, emphasizing that the National Economic Dialogue must go beyond discussions to deliver concrete solutions for sustainable growth.
Speaking at the event’s launch on Monday, March 3, 2025, he described the Reset Agenda as a national imperative, urging stakeholders to take decisive action in rebuilding the economy.
“This is not a forum for lamentations or political rhetoric. It is a call to action—an opportunity to craft solutions that will put our economy on a path to sustained growth and shared prosperity,” he stated.
With Ghana facing significant economic challenges, he underscored the need for collaboration among government, businesses, and civil society to drive real change.
The dialogue, which brings together policymakers, economists, and industry leaders, is expected to shape strategies for stabilizing the economy and fostering long-term resilience.
