In joy, the congregation danced heartily and sang their hearts in gratitude to God for all His goodness.

Christian Kwabena Andrews aka Osofo Kyiri Abosomsaid God is not to be given a secondary place or back seat in our lives and our affairs. He must occupy an important place in our lives, businesses, and programmes. He charged, that any attempt to exclude Him, we will be courting danger to our detriment.
At the Royal House Chapel International headquarters, Accra, worshipers were optimistic about the prospects of the New Year. In his Watch Night Service message at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle, the founder of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh said the biggest problem facing Ghanaians is hypocrisy, “We claim we are Christians but we are liars because we do not listen to the word of God. If you want to serve God serve him wholeheartedly”.
He added that a prayerless nation is a powerless nation and urges Ghanaians never to cease praying because when we stop praying problems will arise.
Dr. Tetteh also said the economic woes of Ghana can only be turned around with the word of God. Quoting 2nd Chronicles 7 vs 14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” he urges Ghanaians not to pay lip service to the word of God.
At the stroke of midnight, Dr. Tetteh led worshippers into the New Year in prayer, song and dance.
