The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has issued a one-week ultimatum to the Electoral Commission (EC) to respond to its demand for an audit of the 2024 voters’ register.
The party claims there are discrepancies in the register that could undermine the integrity of the upcoming elections. NDC leadership insists that a thorough audit is necessary to ensure transparency and accountability.
If the EC fails to comply within the stipulated time, the NDC has hinted at taking further actions to safeguard the democratic process.
