Set against the serene backdrop of the Osu Gardens, the ceremony drew notable figures, including Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Andrew Egyapa Mercer, his Deputy Mark Okraku Mantey, and GTA Board Chair Seth Adjei Baah.

Florence Oboshie Sai Cofie chaired the event, while Togbe Dr. Crystal-Dzirackor, Group Chair of Crystal TV Group, served as the Guest of Honour. The evening celebrated achievements across 36 awards, which included 26 competitive categories, 8 honorary recognitions, and 2 special awards.

Top accolades were awarded to several distinguished establishments: Labadi Beach Hotel in Greater Accra was named 5-Star Hotel of the Year, while The Royal Senchi Hotel in the Eastern Region received the 4-Star Hotel award. Other winners included Golden Bean Hotel (3-Star), Sogakope Beach Resort in the Volta Region (2-Star), and GRNMA Hotel in the Central Region (1-Star).

The awards emphasized GTA’s commitment to fostering innovation and excellence within Ghana’s tourism industry, promoting it as a vibrant, world-class destination.

The event underscored the collective dedication of individuals and organizations working to drive Ghana’s post-pandemic tourism recovery and its appeal on the global stage.
