Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic.
The 26-year-old joins on a five-year deal, with Forest paying a reported 12 million Pounds after the Serbia international underwent medicals on Wednesday.
The Reds need defensive reinforcements after selling centre-back Moussa Niakhate to Olympic Lyon.
Milenkovic has 56 caps for Serbia and played in all of their Group C games at Euro 2024, including the 1-0 defeat by England.
The centre-back started his career at Partizan Belgrade before joining Fiorentina at the age of 19 in 2017.
In his seven-year stint at the Serie A club, Milenkovic made 264 appearances, scoring 17 goals and providing five assists.
Nottingham Forest will play Sunderland tomorrow in a pre-season friendly match
