NPP flagbearer for the 2024 elections, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has called on Ghanaians to promote peace as they mark the 68th anniversary of Ghana’s independence.
The former vice president took to his social media to address Ghanaians on this historic day.
Dr. Bawumia prayed for Ghanaians to live in peace and unite for a common economic and political growth.
He urged Ghanaians to acknowledge that they belong to ‘one nation with a common purpose.’
Dr. Bawumia hoped that Ghana’s future will be filled with ‘happiness, cohesion and positive transmission.’
