Vice President and NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, began his tour of the Volta Region with a visit to Kpando, engaging with local chiefs, religious leaders, and residents.
Togbe Dagadu IX, Paramount Chief of Kpando, praised the NPP government for key local development projects, including the Free SHS policy, a new municipal assembly complex, and road development initiatives.
He expressed optimism for future improvements under Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, including the completion of the Kpando Health Centre and upgrades to local schools.
Dr. Bawumia thanked the community for their support and outlined his vision for further infrastructure development, agricultural investment, and youth digital training.
