Paris Saint-Germain’s hopes of winning the Champions League suffered a major blow as they were beaten 1-0 by Borussia Dortmund at the Pac des Princes making it 2-0 on aggregate.
Hummels scored the only goal for Dortmund in the 50th minute.
Borussia Dortmund have reached the final of the European Cup/Champions League for the third time in their history.
They won the tournament in 1997, beating Juventus 3-1, before losing to Bayern Munich 2-1 in 2013.
They will face either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich, who face off tomorrow in Spain with the tie level at 2-2.
The defeat leaves PSG facing another disappointment as their dreams of lifting the trophy comes to an end.
