Michael Essien, the former Ghanaian football star, has reached a new milestone post-retirement by earning a UEFA certificate in football management. Essien dedicated several months to this rigorous program, which encompassed online coursework and three in-person sessions. Currently, Essien is applying his newfound expertise as a talent coach for FC Nordsjælland in Denmark’s top league, where he mentors young players, imparting his vast experience and knowledge.
