The final farewell to the beloved Gospel legend, KODA, is scheduled for June 5, 2024, at the Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) on Spintex Road in Accra.
The announcement was made during the One-Week observance held in Takoradi, where mourners gathered to honour the late singer.
Among those paying their respects were fellow Ghanaian gospel musicians and music luminaries including Pastor Joe Beecham and Uncle Ato.
KODA, whose birth name was Augustine Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, passed away on April 21, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of chart-topping hits such as ‘Nsempii,’ ‘Nkwa Abodoo,’ ‘Yapai,’ and ‘Adorso.’
