GPS commence investigation into death of Kikibees owner

The Ghana Police Service (GPS) have revealed that they have initiated investigations into the death of Bennet Adomah Agyekum, the owner of the renowned restaurant Kikibees located in Madina, in the Greater Accra Region.

 In a brief statement, the Police revealed that on Sunday, October 8, 2023, Bennet Adomah Agyekum was discovered lying in a pool of blood at a residence in Madina.

 He was promptly transported to the hospital for medical care but regrettably, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

 The GPS have disclosed that they have arrested one Yandeh Joof, who is believed to be Bennet Adomah Agyekum’s girlfriend, in connection with the incident. Joof is currently cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

 Bennet Adomah Agyekum’s body has been placed in the morgue at the Police Hospital for preservation and for the purpose of conducting an autopsy. The Police are encouraging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward and contact them.

 The GPS are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Bennet Adomah Agyekum in Madina, located in the Greater Accra Region.

 Preliminary investigations have revealed that the deceased, Bennet Adomah Agyekum, was discovered on Sunday, October 8, 2023, lying in a pool of blood at a residence in Madina. He was promptly taken to the hospital for medical care but, unfortunately, was declared dead upon arrival.

 The Police have taken into custody one Yandeh Joof, who is believed to be the girlfriend of the deceased, in connection with the incident. She is currently cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

 The body of the deceased has since been deposited at the Police Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy while investigation continues.
