The Ghana Amputee team, the Black Challenge, have lifted the 2024 edition of the Amputee Africa Cup of Nations after beating Morocco 2-1 in Egypt.
The team came from a goal down to clinch the top spot as winners after series of attempts at goal.
Again, this success secures them a spot at the 2026 World Amputee Football World Cup in Panama.
The Black Challenge have retained the title which they won in the previous edition in Tanzania.
