Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has called on Ghanaians to embrace his vision for a forward-looking, innovative Ghana as he continues his campaign tour of the Ashanti Region ahead of the December 7 elections.

During stops in the Sekyere Afram Plains, Kumawu, and Effiduase Asokore constituencies on Sunday, Dr. Bawumia outlined his proposed policies aimed at addressing the unique needs of all Ghanaians, including those in remote areas.

Speaking to supporters, he emphasized his preparedness for leadership and urged voters to make a decisive choice at the polls. “Let us come together on December 7 to vote #1 and elect a leader who has prepared himself for leadership,” he said.

Earlier on Saturday, residents of Asante Akyem South welcomed Dr. Bawumia and his campaign team with enthusiasm as the “Possibilities Bus” made its way through the constituency.

Dr. Bawumia reaffirmed his commitment to positioning Ghana as a competitive nation in the fast-paced 21st century. He expressed confidence in the electorate’s ability to choose bold leadership that will deliver innovative solutions to the country’s challenges.

“The desire for a Ghana holding her own in the fast-paced 21st century with innovative ideas and mentally agile citizens is growing very rapidly. I’m confident that together, on December 7, we will make the choice to build Ghana with a new vision, bold ideas, and custom-made solutions to Ghana’s challenges,” he stated.

The NPP flagbearer’s tour of the Ashanti Region is part of ongoing efforts to rally support and communicate his plans for Ghana’s development if elected president.
